Are all products on the website in stock?
All products from our current collection are displayed online. Availability depends on our stock. Items that are temporarily unavailable are clearly stated on the product page. In the event of a stock error, you will be informed by email and receive a refund of the purchase price of the item in question. No discount or other compensation will be provided for this.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item or size is unavailable, this will be indicated on the product page. Should an error occur in the stock records, you will be informed by email and receive a refund. Items will be restocked whenever possible.

How do I return an order?
Not satisfied? Register your return within 14 days of receipt via returns@bobandscottie.com. After approval, you have 7 days to return the product. Returns must comply with our return policy.
How do I use a shampoo bar on my dog?
Wet the coat thoroughly with lukewarm water. Gently rub the bar between your hands or directly over the coat until a creamy lather forms. Massage this in and rinse thoroughly. Let the bar dry on a dry surface after use.
Is a shampoo bar better than liquid shampoo?
Yes. Our natural bars contain no harsh cleansers or unnecessary additives. They cleanse gently, preserve the natural oils of skin and coat, and are more concentrated than liquid shampoos. The bars are therefore more economical to use and better for the planet.
What is the pH value of the Bob & Scottie shampoo bars?
Our shampoo bars have a pH value of approximately 6.5, adjusted to the natural acidity of the dog's skin. This keeps the skin barrier intact, prevents irritation, and keeps the coat supple and shiny.
